Hours:
The exhibition hall will be live with fellows and young surgeons visiting the booths at the following times:
​
Saturday, November 22nd, 2025
9:00 - 10:45 AM - Session One
2:10- 4:00 PM - Session Two

Setup:
Friday, 11/21 from 3:00 - 8:00 PM
Saturday, 11/22 from 6:00 - 8:30 AM
Note that your booth must be set up by 8:30 AM on Saturday, Nov. 22nd, or risk being pulled.

Teardown:
Saturday 11/22 after the last exhibition round ending at 4:00 PM
​
Storage:
There will be storage for shipping boxes during the course.
​
​Logistics: Attendees will be broken into small groups, then rotate to your exhibition booth for 7-8 minutes each.

The venue asks that packages arrive within 5 business days prior to the event's start date. ​
​
Inbound Shipping:​
Box deliveries will be assessed a handling fee determined by weight. These charges will be posted to your Guest Room, or Credit Card Provided: Please email ghn.shipping@hyatt.com for information regarding payment via Credit Card. See section below or the shipping FAQs for additonal information.

Outbound Shipping:
Please leave outbound shipments, packed and ready to ship at the exhibition booth. There must be a pre-paid shipping label on every shipment for it to be released from the hotel.
Loading Dock:
The Hotel has a loading dock to receive any large shipments. Freight trucks cannot be longer that 35 feet in legnth.
Deliveries maybe scheduled anytime Thursday, or after 12 PM on Friday.
You must provide your own drayage from the loading dock to the exhibtion hall.

Conference shipments should arrive within (3) days prior to your program; due to limitations of storage space, all packages received outside of this window will incur a storage fee. After your event, any boxes to be shipped out of the hotel must be properly packaged and labeled with shipping address, return address and method of payment on your departure date. ​​​​​​​​​​
