The following terms and conditions apply to course registration:
-Attendees are expected to attend the event in its entirety*, as listed in the itinerary, beginning at check-in at 4:00 PM on Friday, Nov. 17, 2023, until adjournment at 10:30 AM on Sunday, Nov. 19, 2023. Attendees are expected to participate in all sponsor-based breakout sessions, as listed in the agenda, and participation in these sessions will be noted.
*If you are attending a cadaver lab you must arrive in Atlanta by Thursday. November 16th. If you are placed in a lab you are required to attend the lab.
-The course will provide a singular domestic round-trip airfare ticket to each course attendee. The airfare that is booked will allow for a carry-on bag.
--Attendees must confirm their airfare by October. 20, 2023.
-Attendees will be reserved an ROH room at The Loews Hotel in Atlanta, GA. Reservations will cover Friday - Sunday. If attending a lab, the reservation will also include Thursday evening. All reservations are final after October 20, 2023. Any cancelations 36 hours prior to check-in will be invoiced the cost of the first-night stay - $219 + tax & fees.
-Attendees are responsible for any fees they incur due to itinerary changes or cancellations after their airfare has been issued by The Travel Store. Attendees will be notified of the cost of airfare at the time of ticket issue. Attendees will be invoiced for the fees by Magnifi Group, Inc.
-Attendees are responsible for the cost to upgrade or change any reservations made for them.
-The Spine IEP Course doesn't provide ground transportation
-Per AdvaMed Standards, guests are not allowed to attend the course sessions. If you have a guest traveling with you to the course, you are responsible for any costs associated with their travel.
