for Spine in Scottsdale
The
first Users’ Conference for
Spine IEP Sales Force Training was held in Scottsdale, AZ, bringing
together training leaders from top surgical companies such as Alphatec, Lanx and Medtronic.
Highlights of the conference included How-To sessions on using IEP tools
to fulfill companies’ specific needs. Our guest speaker Tony
Schnuerer, PA, offered attendees valuable insight on the basic principals
of sales training.
NEW IEP features were also unveiled!
· Spine
Fundamentals: A comprehensive introduction to spine anatomy, surgical
procedures and hospital protocol. See below for more information.
· Learning
Management System: A comprehensive tool to
improve the management and tracking of your representative’s
tests/results while customizing your test questions, content and
curriculum.

Spine
Fundamentals:
A Powerful Prep
Spine Fundamentals has officially made its way to the IEP for Spine Program as its
first preparatory chapter. Aside from interactive features such as
knowledge checks and animations, Spine Fundamentals also includes
extensive review exercises. Sections titled Language of Medicine,
Anatomical Terminology, Surgery and Surgical Terminology, The Back, and
The Abdominal Wall are a few of the sections offered inside the program.
This
chapter is available free of charge to all Fellows and available for

Fellows! Submissions of
cases are now being accepted for the IEP Awards. Remember that to be
qualified you must have finished all the product surveys and completed at
least 20 Knowledge Checks. All Fellows have to opportunity to receive
$15K, $10K or $5K for their fellowship center. For more information,
