Terms of use By using the IEP Job Board you agreeing to comply with the terms of use. We (Magnifi Group, Inc.), also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting any modifications. CONTENT All content posted on the IEP Job Board is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated. We do not control, and are not responsible for content made available through the IEP Job Board. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information posted. Your linking to any other websites and contact information is at your own risk. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said content, and that we will not be liable in any way for any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the IEP Job Board. PAID POSTINGS We may elect charge a fee to post content in some instances or in all instances in the future. All parties that would be charged a fee will first be notified to accept or deny the fee. All fees paid will be non-refundable in the event that content is removed from the Job Board for any violation of the conditions posted on this page. LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE We may establish limits and frequency concerning use of the IEP Job Board, including the maximum number of days that content will be retained by us (Magnifi Group, Inc.) and the maximum number and size of postings, email messages, or other content that may be transmitted or stored by us. Service, You agree that we carry no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any content maintained or transmitted by us. You acknowledge that we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the IEP Job Board(or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the IEP Job Board.
