2011 IEP Awards

The IEP Awards is an annual recognition of the top five Case Presentations submitted to the IEP throughout the Fellowship Year.
The 2011 IEP Awards will be presented at the 3rd Annual IEP for Spine Annual Users' Conference in Chicago, Illinois on November 3, 2011, from 6:30PM-7:30PM.
Venue: Chicago Marriot Downtown Magnificent Mile, Chicago IL
The five finalists will be recognized and will present their cases live at the Annual Users' Conference to the Panel of Judges. Finalists must attend the Annual Users' Conference to receive any award. For more information, please refer to the Contest Rules.

Who can enter?
The contest is open to all 2010/2011 Spine Fellows at IEP-member spine centers.

If your center is not listed, please contact Magnifi to have it added as a member center.
Deadline
Entries must be submitted no later than July 18, 2011.

Please email all case presentations files in its original Microsoft Powerpoint Format (.ppt or .pps) to Jennifer Ong at jong@magnifigroup.com. Don't forget to include an original title with your presentation!
Please also sign and return the Entrant Agreement. Your case presentation cannot be considered for judging without this document.
